Casas de São Pedro – GondiTurismo, Lda

1. Reservations and General Conditions

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the payment of the amount indicated at the time of booking.

The houses are booked individually and on an exclusive basis, for the full capacity of the accommodation available, and are not shared with other guests.

All prices shown include VAT at the legally applicable rate.

The houses are cleaned and disinfected after each stay, in compliance with applicable hygiene and safety standards.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 4:00 pm (flexible by prior arrangement)

  • Check-out: until 11:00 am (flexible by prior arrangement)

Failure to comply with the agreed times may result in additional charges, unless expressly agreed with GondiTurismo, Lda.

3. Minimum Stay

The minimum stay varies according to the season:

  • 15 September to 31 May: minimum of 2 nights

  • 1 June to 15 July: minimum of 5 nights

  • 15 July to 15 September: minimum of 7 nights

4. Tourist Tax

A municipal tourist tax applies in the amount of €1 per guest per night, applicable from April to October, up to a maximum of 5 nights.
The following are exempt:

  • Children under 13 years of age

  • Persons with a disability degree equal to or greater than 60%

5. Pets

At Casas de São Pedro, pets are welcome under the following conditions:

  • Additional fee of €30 per pet

  • Security deposit of €250 per pet, payable at check-in

The deposit will be refunded at check-out if it is possible to inspect the accommodation at that time; otherwise, it will be refunded the following day by bank transfer, provided that no damage is detected.

6. Security Deposits and Payment for Damages

In the event of damage or deterioration resulting from negligence, GondiTurismo, Lda reserves the right to charge guests for the respective repair or replacement costs.

7. Reservation Cancellations

The deposit paid is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date result in the total loss of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made before this deadline allow the deposit amount to be credited toward a future stay, to be used exclusively during the low season, subject to availability.

8. External Visitors

During the stay, external visitors who were not previously included at the time of booking are not permitted.
Under no circumstances may the maximum advertised capacity of each accommodation be exceeded.

9. Pellets

For guests’ comfort in any season of the year, a complimentary supply of pellets for use in the stove is provided.

10. Vouchers

If the guest has a voucher, the coupon code must be entered at the time of booking in order for it to be properly applied.

11. Discounts and Partnerships

Casas de São Pedro has agreements and partnerships with various entities, allowing their members and associates to benefit from special conditions upon presentation of valid proof.
